Located in the Northwest of Calgary, Kincora boasts a multi-story bell tower (don’t worry, you can’t hear it!) at the heart of the neighbourhood.
From lanterns, stone walls and other landscaping features, the Celtic theme is prominent throughout.
You are not but a minutes drive to all major amenities including; shopping, restaurants, aesthetic services, pubs and much more!

VENT
Please be mindful not to switch the external vent on. The switch is located by the nest thermostat. It vents the whole home but is quite loud and the neighbours will be upset if it is left on.
PARKING
– Attached garage has room for two vehicles
– Any other vehicles will need to be parked outside the complex.
– There is NO visitor parking permitted for Airbnb Guests.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING
Garbage:
– As you exit the townhouse, turn left
– The garbage room is located at the end of the road on the right side
– The garbage room is always unlocked
– Do not store garbage in the garage
Recycling:
– As you exit the townhouse, turn right
– The recycling room is located at the end of the road on the left side
– The recycling room is always unlocked
CHECKOUT
– Double check that the garage remote is left in the townhouse and the garage door locked
– If the kitchen was used, ensure cupboards are cleaned as well as the fridge
– Bring garbage and recycling to their respect rooms. Do not leave any garbage or recycling behind
– Lock the door
UNDER STAIRS
Please note that the owners of the home have stored their own linens and pillows under the stairs. Please do not access their items as they prefer to keep them separate from guest linens.
