You have access to the entire main floor. No basement or backyard access. No garage access, There is free street parking available

Public transit is easily accessible from the home, with several Calgary Transit bus routes nearby (including Route 14) connecting directly to the Somerset–Bridlewood CTrain Station, just minutes away. From there, guests can reach downtown Calgary, Stampede Park, and other major destinations in approximately 35–45 minutes via the Red Line.

With quick connections to Stoney Trail, the neighbourhood also makes it simple to reach other parts of the city, Spruce Meadows, or head west toward the mountains. Bridlewood offers a calm, suburban setting that balances everyday convenience with easy access to Calgary’s top attractions.

Just a few steps up, you’ll find a second living area with a TV designed for movie nights or a quiet place to relax, along with a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two additional guests.
The kitchen is bright and functional, offering plenty of space for cooking and meal prep, complete with a dining table and island seating for casual meals or morning coffee. The home includes two comfortable queen bedrooms, thoughtfully set up for a restful stay. One bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy, while a second full bathroom serves the rest of the home.
For longer stays, guests will also have access to in-suite laundry located on the lower level of the upper unit. Please note that beyond the laundry area, a locked door separates this space from a separate lower-level suite occupied by other tenants, ensuring privacy for both units. This home offers a comfortable, practical setup in a quiet residential area, ideal for families, friends, or work trips.
