This ground-floor, studio-style condo features a thoughtfully designed layout, including a separate sleeping area with a queen bed (please note there is no door for this space). It’s a comfortable and functional setup, ideal for both short and extended stays.
As of April 2026: Situated in a newer neighborhood that is still being developed, you may notice some daytime activity in the surrounding area as the community continues to grow.

This unit is located on the 2nd floor and comes with a dedicated underground parking space
Transit
Getting around from this location is easy and convenient, whether you’re using transit or heading out on foot.
The condo is just a short walk (about 8–10 minutes) to Bridgeland/Memorial C-Train Station, which connects you to Calgary’s LRT system. From there, it’s only 1 stop (2–3 minutes) into downtown, or a few stops to reach areas like Kensington, SAIT, and the University of Calgary.
If you prefer the bus, several routes run along Centre Street and nearby corridors:
Route 300 (BRT / Airport Express) – Quick and direct service to and from Calgary International Airport, as well as downtown
Route 301 (BRT) – Fast service down Centre Street into downtown and north Calgary
Route 17 – Connects Bridgeland to downtown, 17th Ave, and other key areas
Most bus stops are within a 2–5 minute walk from the unit, making it very easy to get around without a car.
For drivers, downtown is just a 5-minute drive, and major routes like Memorial Drive and Deerfoot Trail are easily accessible for getting around the city.
