You will enjoy a comfortable stay in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom row home. If you enjoy the comforts of home while away, this is the space for you! Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Did we mention there is a private, large balcony (200 sq ft).
The space is perfect for groups and the living area is located on the main floor with all sleeping upstairs. The open concept and high ceilings only add to the beauty of the space.

The neighbourhood is very new with restaurants and shops nearby.
The airport is also conveniently located.
Downtown is approximately 20-minute drive.
Space
1400 Sq Ft, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome, built in 2015, located in the North East of Calgary.
The main floor offers a comfortable and welcoming living area, complete with a comfortable sofa, large ottomans for additional seating and cable TV. The large dining table seats 6, with the option to extend and accommodate larger groups. Additional seating at the kitchen island is also available which makes for a great space for social cooking. The kitchen has a fridge with filter, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, and more. The third (half) bathroom is located on the main floor by the kitchen.
As you come up the stairs from the living space you will find another living space, complete with a sofa bed and smart TV. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, the primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite. There are two additional bedrooms located at the opposite end of the second floor, with another bathroom located close to them. Each of the bedrooms offers a double bed and one includes a work space.
The basement is undeveloped and has a washer and dryer for guest use. We have also put another sleeping space and sitting area for those guests travelling in bigger groups that desire additional space.
The home has an attached two car garage for guest use.

KEYS
You will have been provided with a key upon your arrival. The key will be necessary to lock/ unlock the door when you come and go.
If you happen to lose the key the replacement fee is $150 for the key.
PROPERTY SPECIFICS
There are neighbours on either side of you so please respect them. There is no excessive noise permitted or the building. Please be courteous of your neighbors & refer to house rules. Should you have any questions, please ask us.

KITCHEN
The pots, pans, cutlery, etc. are all easy to find – feel free to use these items to cook with during your stay. If you don’t mind putting your dishes in the dishwasher and starting the wash cycle before you leave that would be greatly appreciated.
** If you’re having trouble finding something please ask us or look in the cupboards. Sometimes we have cleaners that aren’t as familiar with the suite so items may be miss-placed.
BATHROOM
There are two and a half bathrooms in the apartment. There is one located in the master suite for exclusive use to the occupants of the room and the second bathroom is located in the upstairs hall. Extra toilet paper can be found in each bathroom vanity. *If the lights happen to shut off in the bathrooms don’t be alarmed- it’s a safety setting. Press the button in the middle of master bathroom outlet to regain power.
BREAKFAST
We have a coffee maker, however we rarely have them out (lack of use on our part). Feel free to take them out and leave them out for the duration of your stay if you’re interested.
DINNER
If you are looking for something close I would suggest heading to the shopping complex that you likely drove past on your way before you entered the neighbourhood.
LAUNDRY
There is in-suite laundry located in the basement. The laundry detergent and dryer sheets are located beside either the washer or dryer. Feel free to use what’s available.
GARBAGE
Garbage is located on next to the front door in the garbage can. Please place all garbage in a garbage bag before placing in the can.
THINGS TO DO
Download the “it’s date night” app – it’s not just for dates! They provide a list of events happening around the city and even post deals (wing night, happy hour, etc.). They have a TON of creative ideas on what to do and where to go and host group activities.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
As we would like to ensure that your experience is the best possible, we are able to accommodate many special requests such as, but not limited to:
